  12. When I enter the AT%Q command on my Cardinal MVP288I it generally returns 
  13. between 35 and 40 for the signal quality where 0 is the best and 45 is 
  14. really poor. Is it worthwhile having the telephone company check the line?
  15. Also, what units is the signal quality displayed in?
